1. When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 8–12 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email once it ships.
2. How do I track my order?
Use our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number.
3. What if I entered the wrong address?
Email us immediately at support@veruwaexklusiveshoping.com so we can correct it before shipping.
4. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. View our Refund Policy for details.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Germany and select European countries.
